Following two days of rigorous, systematic review, the inspection team verified that DFC's quality assurance system operates stably and effectively, with on-site production management and manufacturing capabilities fully meeting the latest ASME Code standards. All inspectors unanimously approved the retention of DFC's ASME certificate and U Stamp, marking the successful completion of the renewal audit with zero non-conformities.
The ASME U Stamp qualification serves as an essential credential for enterprises to export pressure vessels to global markets, acting as a crucial cornerstone for DFC's overseas business layout and international market expansion. To guarantee a flawless audit outcome, the renewal preparation work was led by Wendy Zhou, General Manager of DFC, and Juana Jia, Quality Manager. During the two-day intensive audit, the ASME joint inspection team conducted thorough and detailed verification covering all key modules of DFC's quality management system. The inspection scope comprehensively involved design control procedures, raw material incoming management, standardized welding process implementation, professional non-destructive testing execution, measuring instrument calibration accuracy, in-process product quality inspection, and non-conforming product supervision and control.
The standard audit procedures included an opening kickoff meeting, in-depth review of system documents and technical files, on-site production workshop inspections, on-site witnessing of key welding and NDT operational processes, and professional Q&A exchanges with the company's technical and management personnel.
